Shannon is originally from Portland, Oregon, and moved to Fort Collins in 1995. When she's not in the studio, she's often knitting, running, playing music, practicing yoga, or working in the garden with her kids.
Having benefited greatly from massage herself, she entered into the field in 2005 with the goal of helping others improve the way their bodies function. She's since helped people successfully recover from auto accidents, rotator cuff injuries, knee & hip surgeries, chronic plantar fasciitis, and overcome anxiety and other stress-related symptoms.
